We’re building Ghostly - a next-generation AI assistant that helps you write, prep, and speak instantly. It works across all your tools, understands your screen, and responds invisibly, like magic. Undetectable. Always present. Built for speed.

We’re looking for a founding engineers to join us early and build the core of this product. You’ll be shipping real product from day one - not frameworks, not slides. We move fast, value good taste, and obsess over the invisible things that make software feel alive.

What you’ll do

• Ship core product features end-to-end - backend, frontend, AI, voice, system glue

• Work closely with the founder to turn vision into shipping software

• Help make architecture decisions that balance speed and scalability

• Constantly polish the product - small details matter to us

• Build things people use daily and rave about weekly

Who you are

• 2+ years of engineering experience (or very sharp + less formal XP)

• Comfortable with modern full-stack tools (we use FastAPI, Supabase, Electron, TypeScript)

• Strong intuition for product - you think like a builder, not just a coder

• Fast, resourceful, and allergic to overengineering

• Curious about AI and how it changes human–computer interaction
